The more of you there are, the less it costs each.
Plans start at $99 a month for one user billed annually, and every plan includes the proposal engine and the full field service platform. Competitors sell those separately, or charge for the proposal tool as an add-on. Here it is one thing.

AirMatch is billed annually at the rates in the right-hand column. $99 per user per month is our highest per-user rate and applies to a single-user account. As seats are added, the per-user rate decreases: a 10-user account is $28.90 per user per month, and the Unlimited plan keeps falling from there. Month-to-month billing is available at the rates in the middle column. Rates are subject to change; current customers keep their rate through the end of their annual term.

Compare the real cost, not the sticker price.
When you price other platforms, add the proposal add-on, the payments module, and whatever the maintenance program lives in. The number that matters is what it costs to run the whole workflow from sale to paid.
Pricing questions
How much does AirMatch cost?
Plans start at $99 a month for a single user billed annually. Because pricing is per plan rather than per seat, the cost per person drops as you add people: a ten-user account works out to $28.90 each, and the Unlimited plan keeps dropping from there.
Is field service management extra?
No. Scheduling, dispatch, checklists, invoicing, maintenance agreements, and the customer portal are part of AirMatch. There is no separate FSM subscription and no proposal add-on to buy: the proposal engine is the core product.
Are there payment processing fees?
Card payments and recurring billing run through Stripe on your own connected account, so standard Stripe processing rates apply to transactions. AirMatch does not add a markup on top of card processing.
What does onboarding cost, and how long does it take?
Most teams are building real proposals within days rather than weeks. Your clients and price book are already in AirMatch, seven checklists are included, and example-data mode lets your team practice before go-live. Switching from another platform includes one-click QuickBooks and CSV client import.
What is the difference between annual and month to month?
Annual billing is the lower rate on every plan. A single user is $99 a month billed annually, or $129 month to month. You can see both on the calculator above.
What happens if we grow past our plan?
You move to the tier that fits, and the cost per person goes down rather than up. Past ten users the Unlimited plan covers everyone at one price.
Do I have to talk to sales to get started?
A walkthrough is the current path, because pricing depends on how many people need seats and which parts of the workflow you want turned on first. The demo is a working product tour, not a sales pitch, and you can try the live demos on this site with no signup at all.
Can I try it before buying?
Yes. The instant demo and the scheduler demo both run on this site with sample data, no signup and no credit card.
